BUILDING INSPECTOR
DO I NEED A HOME INSPECTION?
YES! Any house should be inspected regardless of
age. Problems are found in new construction as well as
existing homes .
WHAT WILL OUR INSPECTOR DO?
The inspector will observe all accessible areas and
the mechanical systems of the home and give a detailed
report on site at the time of inspection.
SHOULD I BE THERE?
We encourage our clients to be present during the inspection. Be sure utilities are on and the house is
accessible. Please allow approximately 2 1/2 to 3
hours for the inspection. After the inspection, the
inspector will be glad to answer any questions you may
have. The experience gained gives you, the homeowner,
the knowledge and confidence to make a sound decision
to purchase that home .
THE INSPECTION WILL INCLUDE
Roof/Exterior
Foundations/Basements
Structures
Plumbing/Electrical
Heating/Fireplaces
Air Conditioning
Insulation
Interior
A detailed written report will be provided covering
each item listed above. This will help expedite the
removal of the inspection contingency in your sales
contract.

consultations.
